Process feedback
Ashby is equipped with three sensors. By feedback from temperature, pressure and liquid presence sensors it is ready for almost all types of applications. Sensor readings are used for the control.
Saves energy
By constantly monitoring the process variables of level, temperature, pressure and flow, Ashby can match the speed of the motor driven pump to the process requirement.This allows Ashby to consume less energy when load requirements are less than full speed.
Changes control depends on ambient
While in chosen control Ashby still reads values from other sensors and uses them as the limits. It can be used as a combination of controls and limits.
Ashby has own web interface
To monitor and control Ashby all you need is to open a web browser. The in-build SCADA provides real time values as well as its trends. If trends are not enough then click on “Reports” and check pump's values and productivity for up to a year.
No more “just” alarms
If something happened Ashby will direct you and provide clear instructions on what is required to be done. Troubleshooting guide is one of the benefits of the Ashby software design.
Training is a thing of the past
The control panel’s design and layout is so simple that no training is required. To operate Ashby is as simple as operating a smartphone. If your site’s colour coding is different from default colours it can be simply changed on the preferences page.
Stay up to speed with anytime reports
With online access current values are always available. Just log in and control room screen is on your monitor from anywhere in the world. Even if you’re miles away of the site Ashby statistical data it still one click away. Full reports with informative trends and charts are accessible all the time.
